As we reported earlier (albeit prematurely…), Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) and Rep. Geoff Davis (R-KY) introduced a resolution today calling on President Obama to negotiate a military-to-military agreement with Iran for avoiding an accidental war in the Persian Gulf.
