Rafsanjani meeting with Grand Ayatollahs in Mashhad

According to Sarmayeh news, Rafsanjani has traveled to city of Mashhad in order to consult with this holy city’s Ulema regarding recent events.  Rafsanjani was greeted by the governor of Khorasan Razavi, Mashhad’s Friday prayer Imam and other officials from that province.  Sarmayeh reports that the Grand Ayatollahs Makarem Shirazi, Saafi Golpayegani and Ayatollah Hashemi Shahroudi are also present.
