And "light hair" refers to hair that's obviously been modified by bleaching or dying. The men's hairstyles are indeed amusing. I didn't see mine on the big board, which is a self-applied buzz cut. I'm thinking since this is acceptable for hundreds of thousands of military conscripts, it should be acceptable for an old man like myself.
